Track & Field Team – Grades 4–7
All students in Grades 4–7 are invited to join our Track & Field Team!
Meet Location: Swangard Stadium
Time: 3:30–5:30 p.m. (unless otherwise noted)
Please note that we will require parent volunteer drivers to transport students to and from all meets.

In addition, there will be an All-Day Awards Meet:

April 29 – Swangard Stadium (9:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.)
9:15 meet Mme Harpaz & Ms. Kapusta @ Swanguard
9:30 – Welcome / Acknowledgement
9:40 – 4X 100M relay Heats
10:30 – 800 M
11:30 – 100M
12:15 – 400M
1:15 – 200M
2:00 – 4X 100M Relay Finals

- Parents / guardians are responsible for getting their child to / from the stadium. Please try to arrange carpooling with friends & classmates. If you are unable to find a ride for your child – reach out to one of the coaches.
- Coaches will decide what races each student will participate in. Each student will participate in at least two races.
- Students need to bring a bagged lunch, snacks and a water bottle.
- Students also need to be dressed for the weather
- If you are not staying for the day, please ensure you are back by 2:15 at the field to pick up your child.
